1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- No refunds for change of mind or used products.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must request a refund via email at turboclocks@gmail.com with order details and proof of issue (e.g., images).
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for defective products.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund isn't received within the stated period, customers should check with their bank before contacting us.
